I work with leaders, teams, and organisations to co-design practical, relational strategies that build trust, accountability, and cultural clarity. Co-design means we shape the work together, so it fits your context and delivers what you really need. And it gives us a freedom to find a flexible option that will make kindness work for you. 

Using an appreciative inquiry approach, I start by identifying what’s already working, then help you build on that to shape systems where people can do their best work together.

My services include:

  • Speaking and thought leadership on kindness as social capital and a tool for psychological safety

  • Leadership and culture advisory

  • Team development and facilitation
     

Each engagement is grounded in research, co-produced with clients, and tailored to your goals.

Fees vary depending on what is needed. I typically charge a speakers/workshop facilitation fee plus travel. Sometimes organisations will ask me to run a couple of different sessions together e.g. a leaders session and a teams session to make the most of the travel cost.
